Hump day is Wednesday!
it's the hump in the middle of the week... i'm sure a bunch of you just were shocked by my title.
this week oh this week. this week will be my first full week at my new job. i got a nanny job in park city, so the drive is an early commute but it's worth it. i get to spend my days with two adorable little girls while a third is at school for most of the day. ashley is 6, brooke is 2, and baby cayden is 5 months. she is so stinkin' cute, sometimes i wanna just squeeze her. i am normally in absolute love with that tanner and i call "peamie" babies aka babys that are so tiny you would think they were born pre-mature. i don't know whats wrong with me but i'm obsessed with those tiny creatures, and i want one for my own. i really hope i have a tiny tiny little baby. anyway, cayden isn't tiny in any stretch of the word. she is 5 months and wearing 6-8 month old clothes, but i just love her little chubby cheeks. brooke looks like a little american girl doll. she has a round little face too and her big blue eyes, goodness they are adorable. I love this job, i love nannying for a profession for the time being. it gives me a chance to do what i love most, which is be with kids and to make pretty good money while doing it. i am so grateful to heavenly father for giving me such wondering blessings and opportunities in my life. i feel like while it has been hard living here the past couple years, i have also been so blessed. sure i have not had much money at all the entire time but i have always gotten by just fine, except in the very beginning. which was to be expected. i have had so many jobs since moving here, i'm great at finding jobs, not good at keeping them. mostly because i get bored fast, but not with nannying.
precision mountainwear is going out of business!
not to great for them but FABULOUS for me. tanner and i went yesterday and we both got a new helix snowboard coat, i also got some helix snowpants and a hat. all for the whopping price of $145!
i know, amazing right? everyone should go asap because thats one heck of a deal.
i am absolutely head over heals in love with my coat.
this will go along quite nicely with the absolutely perfect snowboard Tanner bought me, which i am still in shock of everyday when i wake up and see it. its perfect, he has such attention to detail. i love him so much. I am excited about the whole get up, now if i just knew how to ride. i would be one happy little wanna be snow bunny.
we were talking the other day about how frustrating it is that we don't have our families here. in utah every sunday is like a family reunion. thats just the tradition, the kids go to sunday dinner at their parents house. we however, don't have that luxury and its sad. we were talking about how we hate that we don't have a place to cook right now. i'm living in a room in a basement and there is no kitchen and he is living at his grandmas still and she doesn't like it when he uses the kitchen. real nice. bottom line, i just can not...... CAN NOT... wait until we have our apartment. woohoo! i can't wait to live with him, kitchen or no kitchen it will just be the absolute greatest thing. he will be moving in with his friend John soon though so that will be much better than the dungeons as we so call them. ahh the single life. yep, ready for it to be over.
continue to say prayers for my grandma.
she is doing much better and is now in a nursing home that is being covered for three months by insurance, to recover. i am so happy. i can't explain how hard it is to be 2000 miles away and have your best friend (yes, my grandma is like a best friend) be in so much pain and you can't help.
