Dear Michigan,
I miss you.
Fall is always a sad time for me living here in Utah, only because it hold no comparison to Michigan in the fall. It's funny how while growing up in Michigan I saw none of it as beautiful. Being in Utah has been a lesson, and taught me to be grateful. Don't get me wrong, Utah is amazing! There is much more nature here to "explore" than there is in Michigan but the lushness of it, as I said, no comparison.
Now for some pictures... Here my friends is what I'm missing back home.
Enjoy.
19 days until I'm there!
I am determined to make it to Grand Haven within the year of 2010. I have heard so many things about it and both the lighthouse pictures above are there.
I am just so over Utah. I miss my family, and my friends. Talking to Mandi and Alyse daily on the phone just does not seem to be enough for me. Judge me, whatever!
The more I begin to think about it, the more I realize the numerous opportunities I have there as well. I happen to be blessed with a father who pretty much ran the advertising world, hence a position in one OR starting my photography business...
not really a hard task, there.
I don't know why I have been so obsessed with home lately.
I vowed my entire life, quite literally that I would run from Michigan at top speed the moment I got a chance. I guess it just goes to show...
" you can take the girl out of the country but you can't the the country out of the girl"
Granted, Michigan is in no way shape or form country, but you know what I mean.
